AdaptiveCV

Accessibility

We want AdaptiveCV to be usable by disabled people and aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Last reviewed 5 October 2026.

What we support

The application supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic form labels, reduced-motion preferences, page titles, scalable text, and a skip link. Marketing and account controls do not rely on colour alone.

Known limitations

Complex visual CV previews can be less convenient with some assistive technologies. The underlying editor uses structured form fields, and exported PDFs may vary in accessibility depending on the selected template and entered content. We are continuing to improve this.

Tell us about a problem

If something prevents you from using AdaptiveCV, email support@adaptivecv.app. Include the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser used if you are comfortable doing so. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two working days.

Assessment

We use automated checks alongside keyboard and manual review. Automated testing cannot prove complete accessibility, so launch review also includes screen-reader and zoom testing of the core sign-up, profile, generation, editor, billing, and support journeys.
